Recreational Vehicles (RVs) as Homes
Many (retired) Americans live in RVs on a permanent basis: living in one state during the summer (say in Oregon) and in another state (say Arizona) in the winter. There are clear advantages to doing this which include weather and taxes. (You claim that you are resident in a low state tax while living in a higher tax state.)
